2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and sizing information. However, due to differences in device screens, printers, and display settings, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.All products are made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, including size charts, before completing a purchase. Because our items are custom-made, we do not allow changes or cancellations once the order is placed.

 

3. Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of this website and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, lost or misdelivered packages, or dissatisfaction due to color variation or sizing when the correct item was shipped. 

 

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction, but due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy is strict and designed to protect both our business and our customers. Contact us at hello@tania-harris.com for exchange, return, refunds, or issues with your order.

 

No Returns or Refunds for the Following:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you change your mind after purchase, we cannot issue a refund or accept a return. Each item is made-to-order and cannot be restocked or resold.

  • Minor Design or Color Variations: Slight differences in color or print from digital mockups or screen previews may occur. These are common in custom printing and are not considered defects.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. While we do our best to meet expected delivery timelines, we cannot control issues that arise once the order has shipping.

 

Accepted Returns/Refunds:

Returns or refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

 

  • The item is defective (e.g., misprint, torn fabric, major production error)

  • The wrong item was sent (e.g., incorrect design, size, or product type)

  • To initiate a return or refund request, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  • You will be required to provide:Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) received

  • A brief description of the issue

All claims must be reviewed and approved before a return is authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Custom Item Policy:

Because all items are custom-made to your order, we do not offer size or color exchanges. Please carefully review the sizing chart and product details before placing your order.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to determine next steps. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for review.

 

Policy Enforcement:

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that:

  • Lacks sufficient evidence or documentation

  • Shows signs of misuse or intentional damage

  • Does not follow the guidelines outlined in this policy
